It is really great to have belief in the judiacial sytem of this Nation...but the judiciary decides the allegation not on the merits of what they found about the case but on HOW IT WAS PRESENTED TO THEM. Hence it is not if the judiaciary alone is dependable.........but the investigative system..and the system under whose orders they work shouls also be dependable..... Otherwise....it can happen that many crimes may go unproved and the criminals are not booked and the crimes ever increasing...
