by Senthil on Jun 09, 2005 01:17 PM  Permalink

Dear All,
Pakistan is watching the play by throwing a small fish(temple) to catch a big FISH(Kashmir). Diverting Indian's minds.

Advanis Anti-National Statement
by Jagjit Patil on Jun 08, 2005 10:15 PM  Permalink

Well, more then anything it is sad to know that , BJP still isnt on the right track. Its always ironic that the so called 'nationalist hindutva guys' think themselves as more 'clever' then an average voter. Thats has always been the irony of an average (hate to say, but an upper caste) hindu. What BJP has done is a national disgrace, which an indian , no matter his religion or caste will forgive. His statements has insulted the whole of the secular india. If Jinnah was secular who were the other nationalists?Pesudo secular ?? haha ... who was father of nation an exterimist ?? Even condoning the past , At present pakistan is involed is multiferious anti national actvities against india , as narcotics, proxy wars, counterfeit currencies. India has paid heavy prices in present and past because of pakistan, it is not laudable in anyway for a leader like Mr.Advani blurting out such anti national statements, against India. All of the India is united against Mr.Advani, he should leave India and go to pakistan or any other country he thinks 'secular'. And even if he stays , No Indian , should ever vote for BJP, no matter how smart they think they can win voters.
Regards,
Jag.

Advani on Jinnah
by kpadmadasan on Jun 08, 2005 02:15 PM  Permalink

It appears a non-issue has been blown out of all proportions. Advani, it appears to me, has not called Jinnah secular. Advani only has recalled Jinnah,s speech in the constituent assembly. Of course he called Jinnah a great man. I feel the visual media before jumping on some sound bytes should devote some time to analyse the remarks etc.

can we ever get out of this
by soul provider on Jun 08, 2005 01:52 PM  Permalink

can we ever get out of this communal hype and psyche and instead start minding our lives and well being.does it pays anything discussing communalism and wasting our valuable time and resources. one must understand that who sets to gain from this kind of ho-halla. its the politicians and the media who like to sensationalise trivias.get out of this and grow up, we have lot of other important things to do. if we want to grow as a nation then we must shun this kind of communal indulgence and furhter media should also play its part responsibly and judicially.

Et to Advani
by Ajay on Jun 08, 2005 01:28 PM  Permalink

The party with diffrence they really mean it, do not stand by at all with the statements . But this time it is the best part of advani's shrud politics as an opportunity to divert the whole nation into a debate & to prove himself as leader with lots of weight wchich can create turbulance in future. One has to see his Mukhouta like Vajpai .
