Dear Kanchan, I just want to ask you a simple question. Were you there in Gujarat when the riots happened? I don't want ot go into the emantics of who was/is right or wrong. I as a first hand witness of the riots and being a victim my self would just like to state simply.PLEASE ALLOW US TO GET ON WITH OUR LIVES.We Indian Muslims have immense love for this motherland of ours and we do not need the support of these so called secular or communal parties. What we need and yearn for is the love faith and trust of the common man, the ordinary citizen of India. By raking up these issues and trying to score brownie points does no good to anyone let alone our country. So please keep these divisive issues aside and instead think how we can make this country safe, prosperous and secure for all its citizens. Murtaza

I think you should first go and look at the facts by going into the sate and doing some research rather then writing baseless article without any prior knowledge. There is reason behind allegations and if you think you can go and research without being bias you your self will come across the truth. It was totall terorrism in Gujarat by Modi and VHP which has never happened in India at such a state leve before.
first of all the figure was from Govt.They always hide behind the veil..And even if 790 Muslims and 290 Hindus, r u trying to defend it..What a shame!!..Give urself a life, loser!!!

It has not yet been proven who was responsible for burning the Sabarmati Express. I did not read the remainder of the article cause the author is not aware of the facts and is infact contradicting people just like himself.
Gujarat Massacre was a human tragedy and following the outburst of people following the godra masscre.
It is a fact that Congress, Left and Samajwadi Party and now LJP are courting minority vote and especially muslim vote and these sections vote enmasse, unlike hindus who vote based on their own choice. Better education, closing of Madarasas among these minority castes would help
India can never be self sustained as long as these two parties exist. They always make India weaker. Communists are the worst thing that can happen to India. Congress calling itself secular do all communal things. For them, Nationality is communal.But wooing a religion by sidelining the National security issue is not communal. The people of India dont have the sense in electing these parties to power. God only can save us. Hope next time the people of India will make a sensible and good decision.
