From what we read, people are helping other people. But BMC is not playing any active role at all. At this time of calamity most action is expected from them. But what they are doing? Nothing.
I feel terribly sorry for the tragic death of these buffaloes. Just a quick thinking on the part of the owners of these buffaloes by letting them loose when the water rose, would have prevented this tragedy and also have prevented now the uphill task of removing these swollen carcasses and threat of a epidemy.
