This is not new since these kind of atrocities are common in Kashmir and these ill and inhuman acts are committed by none other what they claim the Largest Democracy in the world, India.They claim too large yet in reality they don;t have ethics, these crimes are being comitted by their so called army by the orders of theri leaders. Their army is so afraid of Kashmir Mujahideen and when these Indain army face defeat at the hands of great valours they open fire at the common people.
