Congress in M.P. is not having any issue to raise in Assembly. RSS is a patriotic organisation & Pandit Nehru the first P.M. of India who also belongs to congress honoured RSS by inviting RSS Swayamsevaks to participate in Republic Day Parade in 1963.
Since its inception RSS faced BAN due to so called psedo secularists i.e. CONGRESS.
RSS Swayamsevaks are among the first line service people in all kinds of disasters. It may be Air Crash near Delhi, Orissa, Tsunami etc.
RSS swayamsevaks saved Srinagar of Kashmir during the partion of INDIA by clearing the Airport of Kashmir. I strongly condemn the stand of M.P. Congress Unit's Statement as childish fullish.
I also condemn the list of US Website.
Because US it self is the No. 1 Terrorist country in the World.
I've just visited the site terrorism.com and yes!! The name of the RSS is in the list of Terrorists' organization. But I don't feel very amazed about it; b'cause these recent days as the RSS and it's counterparts are behaving, there's no doubt that they are doing just what the other Islamic activists are doing in the Pakistan.
I think Congress party is in short of issues in Madhya Pradesh. Their statement that RSS is in the terrorist list of US is baseless and without any element of truth. Below is the actual truth about the whole episode.
Terrorism Research Center, Inc. (TRC) based in Virginia, USA has listed the RSS as a terrorist organization. This news is a total distortion of the facts. First, I do not know why suddenly this news appeared in the Indian press as the TRC website has been referring to RSS on its website for about two years. Second, as two letters, attached hereto, including one from the TRC, indicate it has only posted on its website a news item about RSS and added RSS to its data base and has not designated RSS as a terrorist organization.
Recently, I investigated the details of TRC; it is simply a paper organization with a website and no office. Neither this organization nor its directors are known to the U.S. State Department, institutions and think tanks involved with foreign affairs and issues related to terrorism. I urge the Indian news media to refrain from spreading false news about RSS without any sound basis.
