Mr.Raman
Please continue to write such good articles. I really don't understand the reason, why people from pakisthan and Muslims from around the world support such activities. I have very good friends who are muslims, who are very compassionate and very good human biengs.

british learned the lesson
by Niranjan Ranka on Jul 14, 2005 12:19 PM  Permalink

This is a good lesson for the Britishers since India was complaining about terrorists camp in pakistan and BAngladesh since 1998 they were giving us a deaf ear. They (Americans and Britishers ) favoured pakistan and made Pakistan sit in their laps. Finally with these attacks they should understand and pressurise Pakistan govt to shut the Human Bomb making machines growing on Pakistani soil.

Mr.Raman's Analysis
by Anant M Tope on Jul 14, 2005 10:39 AM  Permalink

I read with intrest Mr.Raman's analytical articles on rediff regularly and listen to his views on the TV channels.
Indeed, his views are different since he is the last person to jump the band wagon. His articles and the views are highly analytical governed by the fundamental principleof how to look differently on the happenings. The global intelligence gathering community should value his views more seriously. It can do a lot more good to PLAN SFETY MEASURES TO PROTECT THE GLOBAL CITIZENS.

Terrorism and Pakistan
by C V R Bharati on Jul 14, 2005 10:39 AM  Permalink

Dear Sir,
The explosives, if they had been brought into the country, could mostly have come in thro the diplomatic baggage of Pakistan.
Though Pakistan Government portrays itself as the frontline state against terrorism, it is mixed up with terrorists of all kinds.
There must be a lot of economic benefit also accruing to the Pak military establishment due to its involvement of terrorist activities.
As long as the world does not recognise the fact that Pakistan as it exists today is a threat to world peace, we will continue to experience the unpleasant incidents like WTC attacks,London subway attacks, the attacks on Indian Parliament, Attacks on Akshardham, Attacks on Ayodhya etc.,
The earlier the recognition of this fact dawns on the world leaders, the better it is for the whole of humanity.Islam as such is not a bad religion but what Pakistan as a country teaches its people as Islam is something that the world must know. Only then it is possible for the world to device measures to tackle the root cause of this phenomenon.
