oh my god even if important matters if decided after so long what pity it is high time supreme court should decid matters within one year and petitroic like this and other public intest litigations should be publish on web sit of supreme court of india . well today we are suffering because maximum laws are manufacxurwed wit rules notification etc but sane are not availabl evewn supreme court bar libririe i felt ashemed to know discussition constitutional assmbly are not available in both bar libriris of supreme court of india can some on take matter with supreme copurt of india. h.d rajan jai sai baba jai jhulelal jai jagpal dada.
A welcome decision. But alas too late!!!!!.This should have been done in 1983 itself. Now the Central Government should wake-up and deport these Bangladeshi rif-raffs irrespective of whether they came to India before 25-3-1971 or after 25-3-1971.
It is hearteneing to note that SC has struck down the illegal Migrants act.This sure is a decision in the right direction.
While all true nationalists would welcome this ruling by the SC,it should also come as a blow to Political parties like the Congress party,whose survival and growth for long has been hugely dependent on appeasing the minority community.
One wonders how the Congress party call itself a Nationalist party,while it has been conveniently sleeping over this highly dangerous issue of illegal Bangladeshis living in India.
The decision whc Politicians should take had been taken by Supreme Court. Even seeing the problems of our Country hw these Congrees men make this type of Laws.
when other countries can remove illegal imigrants then why not our country....lets stop playing babies to the politicians who consider these as vote banks.
Throw them out and if any politician or political group supports them they should be shown the door.
Lets get out of our shoes and look after our security and the threats that our future generation would face.
