It is a very joyful day for the indegenious people of Assam that the backbone of the plot to extinct them in their homeland is finally down by the Supreme Court of India. Justice got by these people after so many years of struggle. Now it is upto our political leadership to detect and deport the illigal foreigners, regardless of religion. But at the same time we must keep ourselves ready to thwart any attempt to reinstall the shameful IMDT with a new name. Let the goodwill prevail upon the evils.
Congratulations to all the people of Assam.Finally justice has been done by the hon'ble Supreme Court of India. Hope this time congress party will not play any game as they did in the case of Shah Bano case.If they do the same thing then take it, Assam will be known as a part of Bangladesh after 10-15 years if not now.
This is absolutely ridiculous. When Indias neighbours hate Indians, Indian democracy and Hindus so much why shld we grant them so much. The government and the law seems to be only bothered abt the votes it might garner for the next election. This rule might be good for the Bangladeshis but Indians will suffer because of this

Bangladeshis are spreading over assam like plague ... so they should be kick back to Bangladesh ... the supporter of Bangladeshis are in Assam's political power ... many minister and MLAs in Assam's legislative assembly are illegal bangladeshi or relative of illegal bangladeshis ... so care and action should be taken for those minister, MLAs and the politicians also ...
The number of Bangladeshi Muslims in India are alarmingly high, increasing every day, specially in West Bengal & Assam. If the Govt. is unable to do something in the near future, the border areas of Assam & WB will soon see a movement for a greater Bangladesh. Right from 1947, our Govts. have been totally oblivious of the situation, but now it is high time they should do something. Even the last BJP Govt. who speaks about Hindutva and all, did not do anything to solve this problem.
Dear Sir, Under the upcoming terroristic events happening all over the world its very important that India evacuuates these illegal immigrants from its land. There should not be anything like humanity ground while kicking these illegal Bangladeshis. Bangladesh is recongnised by UN and whole world to be the breeding ground for terrorists. And if illegal immigration to India is not stopped then we will be the very first victim of terrorism in modern time. Though we are already under terroristic attack since 1981. And I am pretty sure that most of the past, present and future attacks in India has a great hand from illegal Bangladeshis. Govt must take very strict measures else there will no actual Indians in India. Most of this illegal Bangladeshis seek to marry some Indian national as soon as they enter India. This must be stopped. See UK has taken strict measures to stop marriage of NRI in UK with any Indian based person just to control the Indian or Pakistani population in UK. Supreme court is right to scrap IMDT. But state level and district level courts may not follow suit uder pressure from Tarun Gogoi\'s Congress government due to muslim votebank policy.
