Notice to Advani in Ayodhya case
by mohammadsarfaraz khan on Jan 19, 2005 09:13 AM  Permalink

It is all gimmick. Such enquiry, enquiry reports should be totally banned during election season. Such political drama is badly tearing across the social fabrics of the country. We must condemn such steps. Thanks

notices regarding ayodhya issue
by rumy r dastoor on Jan 18, 2005 08:45 PM  Permalink

dear sir/s
Why make a mockery of our judicial system by issuing notice/s regarding the ayodhya issues when even uncouth children/adults too know that system in our country has failed miserably. It's only an eye-wash to say that we are truly democratic and spare no one. Do u really think that any judge/s would truly 'prosecute' even one of the following:
President of bjp party n m.p. leader lal krishna advani, former Union ministers Murli Manohar Joshi and Uma Bharti, Vishwa Hindu Parishad leaders Ashok Singhal, Vishnu Hari Dalmiya and Giriraj Kishore and Shiv Sena leader Moreswar Save.
Do u think that true justice WOULD be done and any 1 of the above would go to jail for their act/s? Its just plain simple hog-wash.
Every one would be set free perhaps 'due to lack of enough evidence' !!! and in the honourable courts would still be seen SATYAMEVA JAYATE adorned with frames of the mahatmas and the true leaders of the yester-years.
WHY, WHY, WHY all this farce in the name of justice and judiciary?
Do the honourable judge/s and our people not know the repercussion/s that would folow if any of the above are given 'guilty' verdict and sentenced?
May Wiser Counsel Prevail!
