Doesn't the Election Commission realize that when a model code of conduct is in place, what is the fun on severely reprimanding, instead of taking stringent action? Will not another party take a leaf from this exemplary example, stating that since RJD was reprimanded, even we should also be reprimanded. This phenomenon keeps going on-and-on and never a full stop to it.
