Pak a Failed State
by Mehul on Sep 07, 2006 09:19 PM  Permalink

Pak, that has tried for decades to take over Kashmir by cat and mouse game, is losing its own grounds today. The Baloch will engage Pak for many years to come same as the Russians were by Afghanies. Pak will be shattered similarly as USSR with no natural wealth left with it, such a neighbour would be the biggest danger to India.

A failed state with its nuclear weopens looted or governed by people of AQ Khan type. India needs to forsee this potential danger and start building its defences from now on

Pak will be a failed state
by Badari Narayanan on Feb 14, 2005 09:09 AM  Permalink

Since when has the US been correct in assessing Asia? They have consistently been a bull-in-the-china-shop in understanding Asian culture and situation. Unless the CIA involves itself in 'liberating' the people of Pakistan, I am sure nothing else would happen.

Pak will be failed state by 2015
by Kirat Mehta on Feb 13, 2005 10:28 PM  Permalink

The very conception and creation of Pakistan was based upon hatred and mistrust, and therefore it can neverprosper in the long run,
The ill will of the millions who were forcibly displaced in 1947 and the blood shed that followed it a testimony ofits destruction. It got dismambered in 1971 and now provinces like Baluchistan and NWFP are up in arms against the peers of Islamabad, not to mention the unrest in Sind. That leaves the Pnjab province which has sought to dominate Pakistani politics in all these years.
Pakistan was created by the sword and it shall perish likewise, that it is the law of nature and one has to only look to what happened to erstwhile USSR. the year 2015 seems far too long for its existence, because their end is actually much nearer.
Besides Afghanistan has till date not accepted the Durand Line which demarcates the boundry between Pakistan and Afghanistan, sso more trouble for them even from the North. How long will they hold on to the apron strings of China?

Globalization of Human Culture is the Answer
by Kunuthur Srinivasa Reddy on Feb 13, 2005 07:04 PM  Permalink

The projection or prediction that 'Pak will be a failed state by 2015'if at all taken seriously on its phase value can be circumvented by rooting out fundamentalism from the country and making the people to learn that caste/creed/race/religion and other forces make the governance fragile and it is the universalization of earthhood alone that keeps all people of the world together and united for global prosperity. It is this concept that any country on earth should promote instead of making frightening predictions such as this, which benefit none. Therefore, the prediction is fantastic non-sense. We are not able to predict earth quakes or tsunamis as on to date despite of all scientific advances made in the world. Let us develop positive culture in the world but not frightening culture. Globalization should mean freedom from hunger for all forms of life on earth but not one upmanship. Let every body be very clear on this. If Pakistan fails, does it mean that the rest of the countries of the world, would be a moot spectators? They have minimum responsibility to go to their rescue and set it to order not by domination but by love.

Its already known!
by Gaurav on Feb 13, 2005 04:59 PM  Permalink

Well pakistan is already a failed state. It was a failed concept as soon as it got under the rule of dictator some 50 years back. Things never improved and will not improve. So much for two nation theory.
