i have not been in india for nearly 2 years. but when in india i would love to see disscussions on television which had Shri. J.N.Dixit in them.i respect him for the depth of knowledge he possesed about india. i sure shall miss him. i was very happy the time i came to know that he was handpicked by Dr.Manmohan Singh for the office of NSA. it is very sorry to know that he had to suffer so much at the hands of these other people who are foolish and very short-sighted. they do not realise the price our country will have to pay for it. it was a proud day when Dr Manmohan Sing took office as the PM. it truly represented a country with a ever growing intellectual population to have an economist as the PM and a scientist as a President. this article has made me realise my own folly to think that having good people at the top will gurantee there smooth functioning. it was sorry remider that india is still a country which glorifies incompentence. i pray that it changes soon since we are living in a world which is changing at a very fast pace and if our leadership does not take steps to adjust to the change we may have to pay a very heavy price for it.
