This is shear murder of democracy.The reports suggest that the government won the vote of confidence with 18 votes in its favour and 6 against.Inspite of that the governor went on to dismiss the government. Whenever BJP is in opposition, its state governments have been on receiving end of dirty politics of state governors.In 1996, Suresh Mehta's government was dismissed under similar circumstances in Gujarat.In 1997,BJP almost lost its government in Uttar Pradesh under the leadership of Kalyan Singh,but for timely intevention by then president K.R.Narayanan.
Why BJP governments are getting dismissed inspite of having proved the majority?The governor did not have any propriety to take the action.In 1984,Ramlal dismissed NTR government in Andhra. In 1994,Bhanuprakash Singh dismissed Wilfred D'Souza's government in Goa but both had to subsequently go.In 1998,Romesh Bhandari dismissed Kalyan Singh government and installed Jagadambika Pal as CM.Subsequently he also had to go.I am sure that the constitutional machinery will prevail one day and S.C.Jamir will also have to leave the office in abnonimity like Ramlal and Romesh Bhandari for his unconstitutional actions.

The Governor of Goa's decision is totally unconstitutional, and "anti-people". His dismississal of BJP Govt. led by Parikar shows how a Congressman can be bias. The Governor - SC Jamir was the Congress Ex-CM of Nagaland and had two active politicians in the family - brother Sungit Jamir was the State Planning Minister and son Apak Jamira Rajya Sabha MP .
Governor's move is a Clear act being Bias, and indicates his Being a Congressman, and not a Governor.
Mr.Jamir should step own from his post, he does not deserve to hold such a high deganatory post, which he does not deserve to be.
