Americans are doing business with Arabs and dominate the whole petro states(arabian)even though most arab people hate them.latest is the n-deal with UAE.
They are not scared of the risks and invseted crores of money there.(unlike indians who are afraid to being pipeline through pakistan. Now they are making a nuclear deal.
They are "Friends" of Pakistan,Arabs and Indians- eventhough supplying weapons to pakistan or n-deal with pakistan affects indias security.US's largest trade partner is China-and tries to balance chinas dominance with India.
Through the foolish polices of manmohan India may loose an oppertunity.Irans influvence and reach can be helpful in afganistan and counter pakistan(iran being a Shia country is opposed by Alqueda and ISI)
THE POLICIES FOLLOWED BY MANMOHAN IS AGAINST THE INTREST OF INDIA -INDIA MAY LOOSE USEFUL PATRNERS LIKE IRAN,RUSSIA AND AFRICAN NATIONS(CHINA ALREADY IS LEADING IN AQUIRING RESOURCES IN AFRICA)
Kudos to Dr. Arjun Makhijani for his most informative and enlightening commentary on current poer scenario having a direct bearing on the Global energy profile.May I also take this opportunity to thank the Rediff team for conceptualising such a gem of an article. As Dr.Makhijani has rightly implied in the interview that blind support of all the policies enunciated by the US would not only severely undermine India's bargaining position with the United States but the said set of measures possesses the potential of transforming India into a non self respecting satellite state of the US.
Never support counries like Iran they are of no use if u keep on trying to supprot some these countries. But the thing is always look for the future nd for the better growth prospects for India choose the best option in decade or two the worlds oil reserves will certainly dwindle then its time for entire arab world to shut their idiotic chants rather think of tomorrows technology.. Many Indians are going to US It doesnt mean that all those who are going there are fools!!! there is a better chance for India to develop if it has better understanding woth the super power rather going against it will kill all Indias options....Even these days Russia seems tp support US ...If u guys dont understand this simple logic will be rather ------ up in the future.
