Reading of the four clauses of the N-agreement of 18 July 05, as have appeared in the press leads only to one conclusion that clever Bush has outwitted PM MM Singh and got India to cap the N-defence capablity which no other PM since 47 ever agreed to. It is sheer disaster from India's angle.
There is nothing to be happy about for India but it is great joy for Pakistan and the US.
