Will it be possible to consider empowering police officials and equipping them with adequate arms to counter all these kind of evil attacks?

It is really very patheitc. No one is having security in the train. If someone is not getting money and food they should kill themself. It is good for all.

The government is going to do nothing in security of the puplic. That is sure.
