Beware of B.J.P. at least now as they have come out in their true colors!
by B.Gautam on Dec 23, 2005 09:42 AM  Permalink

BB.J.P. is predominantly made of merchant class who also support industry. They are more worried about their profits. The trend now as we see on day to day transactions, is to become wealthy in over night! Profits are galore! People are swindled by over charging for the products in less quality and also in less quantity too! This group under banner survives only to safeguard their interests of overwhelming profits at any cost by any means to acquire quick massive profits as their generations thrive predominantly not by studies but by so called business mostly a parasitic too on commission basis. Intellectually weaker by academic thoughts, are of course professional in adopting to methods that fetches maximum profits! Corruptions is the order of the day as they survive and acquire only by corrupt practices! They also turn non corrupt too corrupt by tempting them! Under the circumstances, there is no wonder in B.J.P.s support to corrupt s they survive on this predominantly!
Of course, rest of the country's population, a large majority of which are below poverty line and lower middle class should be vigilant to identify such anti society group and be careful not only to isolate them but also not to encourage and support in any of their deliberations inclusive of elections!

BJP to oppose MP's expulsion
by MP Jain on Dec 22, 2005 10:22 PM  Permalink

Typical of BJP double speak. They have been shouting from roof tops 'against' corruption but when th time has come to take action, it is sulking. Shameful indeed. What are Advani and Vajpayee doing?

BJP's shamelessness is embarassing for the country !
by surekha tenneti venugopal on Dec 22, 2005 08:32 PM  Permalink

What is wrong with the oh-so-righteous BJP ? Have they lost all sense of decency and decorum ?
Men like VK Malhotra bring shame to the country by defending their 'money-swindler-members-of- parliament' !
If only the BJP leadership had bade Malhotra say,"Yes, our MPs have committed a grave mistake; we suspend them from our party for this period of time", they'd have earned a saving grace.
But now shamelessness has reached a new pit with the BJP spokesman defending men who have betrayed their countrymen !

BJP will oppose expulsion
by G.Chandrasekaran on Dec 22, 2005 06:45 PM  Permalink

This is as expected by any honest person; we expect BJP not accept expulsion because the whole party is corrupt, led by Vajpayee and Advani. How will they accept when there is a chance for their own party men to point accusing finger at them? Shameful for our country that BJP ruled this country for one term and they remain in leading opposition stage now. I dont, by this , support congress. Rather I feel every politian, whichever party he may belong, is corrupt and a criminal some way or the other. Leaders like Advani are the leaders in this criminalisation of politics and they are the God fathers for all corrupt leaders. One thing is very clear in today's poltics; politicians have an understanding for ' live and let live" in corruption. Hope this country will be saved by some miracle

Misleading title
by MP Raju on Dec 22, 2005 06:30 PM  Permalink

From the message body, it is understood that BJP is not against taking stern action against the erring MPs but the way action is taken. It is well accepted by every right thinking person that while taking action against someone who has disobeyed the rule of law, the action itself should not disobey the law. Otherwise it will be a bad precedent that if someone commits a mistake, it is alright to commit a mistake on him too. Is such a situation healthy for a democracy?

Summarizing, take stringent action against the erring MPs, but follow the rules and procedures.

Thanks
