Yes,it is true, that Mr.Rao is the HERO NO.1not present CM,even he has set an example to carried out election in genuine way, properway means rigging free election, which can be rather must be follow in election in other states where rigging is usual habit like in West Bengal,by cadresof left(ruling govt.)and this sort of election must be followed in nationwide too which is always beneficial towards to make india a developed country in all respect from developing one.
I am in total agreement with your opinion. In fact for sometime now I have been thinking how a simple man like Mr. Rao could manage to hold a largely fair and free election in a place as notorious as Bihar.
Mr. Rao sure is a very brave man and deserves to be voted as the man of the year.
Just goes to show how officials left to themselves without the interference of the politicians can provide good governance. It is sad that as blessed a state as Bihar was ruled ( or should I say misruled?) for 15 years bya man claiming to be a man of the people and harmingte very same people.Sadder stll is the fact that MPs belonging to his party elected through the corrupt process which was deniedto temin the recent Assembly elections are allowed to sit i the Loksabha and The Congress party that claimsa high moral ground pampers them to stay in power Iam sure Bihar is not the only state where muscle and illegal money power makea mockery of the sacred democracy S.Ramaswamy,Chennai
