According to me this is a very serious problem,because call centre is one of the famous Industriy in India.Most of females do IInd & Night Shift.If the driver itself ,Who drives them safely to there companies & one of responsible person to lead them to company & to protect them,Makes a mistake there will be nohope or trust in the Call Centre itself,if that Driver is not hanged till death,the other people may follow the same path & it shall continue to Generations.If i Have would have been the person who takes the decision of the incident happened definitely i will hang that person to death or shoot him at his head with a gun or to burn him alive in the public.I bet that if he is not going be hanged Definitely the female staffs of the Call centre will Quit their Jobs. I request the government to hang him in public or to burn him alive in public or just to handover to public or BPO staffs,Am sure they will definitely take care of the problem.
I am in favor of Capital Punishment for such crime, when I was in Saudi Arabia on a official trip, I found that crime rate specially rape cases are very very low(ones in a year ) , because of their strict rules & fast decision . We have to make some strong rules against this inhuman. D. Raj Pune
