Nowdays with growing call industry lot of people getting employment but as far there security measures none of them take care of it.
i feel in such case govt should also be involved and take certain strong steps to ensure the security of poeple.
And people who r involved with such crime should be punsihed in such a way that anyone who even imagine to do such type of crim thinks 1000 time to take such step.
This is a side effect of the mushrooming call centre industry...I personally feel the employees are treated like machines over there...the work condition is unhuman...they sit in so cramed space,they have 10-15 min break in between they have to sit 3-4 hrs at the strach & have to attend the call & this icident is Just addon on the whole situation....So I think this call centre industry will show its after effect in next 10-20 yrs when we will have very frastrated & seriously ill middle aged population...... thats it....
Shiftwise duty must be closed for call centre and couple of emplyee will journey at a time for dropting for day time duty. So, i think this kinds of happned may be closed in future.
