safest N reactor inthe world
by skjadhav on Aug 25, 2005 03:29 PM  Permalink

Cudos to our scientists for developing safest N reactors. Similarly cudos to the scientists for development of satellites. But I wonder what happens to our other scientists and technocrats?
We can construct safest N reactors but cannot build safe buildings,We can send sattellite to outer space but we cannot build a good pot free road.Who is responsible?
