I think we are not properly given the pakistan side of the story. Sarabjit (Or Manjit) may really be RAW spy. If that is the case then we will have to take some other measures (like relasing some of pakistan prisoners) rather than the raising the issue of mistaken identity.
If sarbjit is sentenced to death for terrorism and espionage in pakistan, then every paki caught kashimir trying to create the so called jehad, should be hanged in full public view in delhi. Dawood Ibrahim and all paki henchmen should be hanged without a trial.
May be Pakis follow the the language of hatred. If sarabjit can be pardoned by only the relatives of bomb blast victims, then Dawood Ibrahim who sought shelter in Karachi, can only be pardoned by relatives of Bombay bomb blast victims.
Every paki should realize that sarbjit's death can only strengthen Indian resolve to fight the evil breeding within your borders.

Why cant sikhs of india and those living in other countries hijack a pakistani airplane and get him released from Pakistan, just the way Pakistan used Indian airline plane to get their terrorist released from India.
Its time to show guts and follow up it with action.
