If the state feels that it has a social obligation to provide low-cost higher education, then it must create its own institutions to cater for same, rather than seeking to intrude upon the rights of private institutions to set fees and admit as they choose. The imperious tin-pot dictatorial netas of every hue see it as thier right and duty to interfere into the constitutionally guaranteed rights of the private sector, whether of the indidvidual or an institution.
Dear sir , I w'ld like to thanks H'nable minister for HRD for taking Such decission,It is very enevitable for enforcing social justice, to make a law which enable the socially backward student to continue and start theier higer educations. I w'uld like to request H'nable Minister to bring a bill which can Limit the high fee structure of such a college.
