what india should do is to give stern warning to bangladesh that such incidents wouldnt be tolerated and if bangladesh dosnt listen do little aerial bombardment of their posts..i think that should teach them a lesson...
I find it very disturbing and incomprehensible to see that a country which was created on the foundation of the blood and sweat of countless brave Indian soldiers who faught against tyranny in bangladesh, can turn back and fire against India. It hurts every Indian with any self respect to see in the news that indian soldiers are being fired at and killed for doing their job on the border. What is even more hurtful is the DEAFENING SILENCE on the part of the Indian government and high defense officials in these matters. If India is constructing any structures along the border against international agreements it should be stopped but if it is not ( as I believe it to be ) Indian soldiers should be given the full liberty to respond with complete force to crush any such misadventures by any foreign military border personnel in order to protect Indian lives ( both civilian and military ) and also to wipe out the misconception that our tolerance and restraint be considered by anybody as our weakness. The Indian government should be implored to avoid any loss of life at the hands of these misadventurists.
How ungrateful the people are whose lives and freedom are indebted to us. We lost so many lives to grant freedom to those lesser creatures on this planet and look at their audacity.
I think India has to teach Bangladesh a lesson. What is Bangladesh in compare to India?. Bangladesh should not forget that its existence came because of India & also should not forget that each Indian has contributed for Bangladeshis. Indian govt. during the times of war had put a special cess in the budget to help Bangladeshis. If there are any terrorist camps or illegal construction activities going on, on the otherside of the border, then Indian govt. has to crush that forcefully & has to show some act of force acting like a "big brother". Our military capabalities are far more superior then those of Bangladeshis. I believe in first talk, then explain & then use force..if this people don't know the polite language, then Indian govt. does know the other language too. In my view to show India's strength, it should crush such illegal activities across the border. Any military action at the border will also make Pakis, think twice, if they are also involved in terrorist activities. Jai-Hind.
This is intimidating... If the international rule prohibits construction of permanent structure in the no man's land, then there should be none.
I am with the BSF jawans,they have all the right to stop all construction works in the no man's land.
They are showing considerable restraint to the unprovoked intermittent firing by the BDR even after our jawans have stopped firing.
I am not for any kind of conflict escalating but we have our borders to guard and the life of our jawans are not PEANUTS.... HOPE NOBODY HAS FORGOTTEN THE INHUMAN SLAUGHTER OF OUR 16 JAWANS.....
The Indian government cannot just sit watching the whole thing as if its some kind of entertainment or its just not so important a matter for them. They should act now before its too late.
It's quite surprising to see News Channels not beaming any information on this event. Anyway, it's due to so called restraining attitude which India shows, as a result the country which couldn't have born without our blood could dare to stab our own back.
