the incidence might have took place near police head quarter this clearly shows that police have totally no control over crime in mumbai. the life of common working or any man is not safe since 12-3-1993 when dawood exploded rdx bomb in mumbai with approval from mumbai police and indian navy and coust guard. It is shame that cop sunil more rapes college girl and gets benifit of doubt by the court of law. if this continues there will be one day that mumbai and karachi or lahore will be compared for crime rates or rapes what ever it may be called
