Karnataka never seem to honour inter state treaties...niether with maharashtra nor with tamil nadu. Karnataka is not a seperate country of its own. It is a part of a diversified yet united country. And karnataka's leaders should shed this selfish behaviour and start looking in a more humanitarian point of view.
