But humans ofcourse CAN BE cruel than devil;
by Giridhar on Aug 01, 2005 05:43 PM  Permalink

Its true "GOD cannot be so cruel".
But humans ofcourse CAN BE cruel than devil;
I dont have much to say; A thoughtful person will understand just with the two lines;
For others; Why complain the government? Its the public who choose them; Apparently its the public to be blamed; Why complain the builders; They build because there are buyers; Why complain the cloged drain? What about the rubish that is carelessly thrown on to street and drains that clog the drains?
Each and every individual is responsible;
Let the general public educate themseleves, start to think for the social living, than a selfish living

Agreed, God cannot be so cruel, but politicians, administrators and bureaucrats can be, right ? So lets all continue to blame the God for everything! for we can do nothing more than that.

Middle class---As always forgotten!!!
by dhivakar on Aug 01, 2005 05:12 PM  Permalink

This is always the case. While a list of promises are made to slum-dwellers and those below poverty line, the middle-class man is always ignored. He belongs neither to rich nor to poor class. Like rich he can't start over his life again. and like poor he can't expect any assistance from government. He is the honest tax-paying class. But what does he get in return? Total apathy from government who spends all the money only on slum-people. While it is not wrong to do so, government should also provide some relief measures to the middle-class Mumbaikar.

It's sad to hear what so many people have been through. Read the book of Job in the Bible. It gives immense strength to those who are sufferring. God is never cruel. It's all a test of our faith.

God is NOT cruel, but men are
by Dr Daniel Sathiaraj on Aug 01, 2005 04:51 PM  Permalink

We must realize that God is holy and loving. He hates man's sin, which has brought untold suffering to mankind. For instance, man destroys forests, and it results in punishment of God.
God is loving; so He sent Jesus Christ into the world.

God is not cruel
by james on Aug 01, 2005 04:48 PM  Permalink

God is not cruel, God so loved the world that he gave his only begotton son that who so ever believes in him shall not perish but shall have everlasting life.

We human beings lack this knowledge and therefor suffer for our wickedness.
