I think hanged to death is a too easy punishment to be given what does he get only death. Rapist should be made to live and punished all along like the movie zahme aurat where she cuts off the men's pvt parts who commit rape punishments on this type should be melted out to these rapist and that to in public and shown live with media coverage and then and then only will this stop. death is not the solution he is relieved in fact.
The cop should be hanged till death or shoot in public. So that all these persons who commit this act may get a lesson. This is the only solution for this kind of act. The law must be strict and quick. No delay in court.
Unless Indian Government hang the people committing such a heinous crime like rape,we cant say India a democratic country. If we really want to make progress,the ultimate solution is to hang the people convicted and found guilty for rape and murder.This we shall be able to reduce the crime level as well as dirt of society.
I wud like to ask our ministers a very simple question. The Maharashtra govt. decided to ban dance bars coz of the incident of a boy killing her mother to spend some money on the bar girls, but now this incident wherein a cop rapped a girl, has he to ban the entire police force n give the city under military rule?
I would definitely have taken law in my own hands and would kill that cop. I am serious. Especially, we boys / men should get inspiration from the action movies of Sunny Deol, who potrays himself as the proctector of women. It's good in someway b'cos it gives tremendous boosting.
I would defnitely think that the rapist should get death sentence.
The cop should be beaten publicly, till he confesses of his hienious act andpledges not to do it again.... The action will have to be taken by the public only, as the court will not do anything, he will be released on bail and ultimately the public will forget and the cop will merry and rape other girls. The courts has the guts to punish just the noraml citizen, but not the hardcore criminals and such people...
Once again it has been proved that cops are high handed and think that they are the moral policeman. what More has done is shameless, and i am sure there are many more cops hiding there. hang More in public and fish out the other cops who have commited similar crimes. being a guardian of the law , he should be shown no mercy, just hang him in public. or hand him over to the public, to be stoned till death.

Well, they say Prevention is better than cure ! I don't agree. It's a free country and every one is allowed to do whatever they want unless they are violating the social laws.
Instead of accepting that Law and Order is in state of shambles, I see people trying to advice that girls should dress like this , like that, avoid late night out, parent should be careful. Give me a break !

What is needed here is... 1. Improvement of Law and Order. 2. Strict implementation of laws, not laws of dress code. Forget the Human Rights People. 3. Hang the Cop, after getting him drunk.
