Hello I condemn the henious crime and the cop should be put in Jail for whole rest of his life.Its shame for the mumbai police.But for one such incident we cannot blame everyone. Regarding Rapes what I feel is a SINGLE man can never rape a woman/a gal.A gal can easily overpower a man...but how??Everyman however strong he is has a weakest part in him....Just hit on there, he would definitely sit down for atleast 15 minutes..and you can have an escape. I donot know why a gal/a woman never overpowers a man?wheteher they cannot do or they do not try?? gals your are indeed stronger than a man. bye kiran kadarla
Shocking incidents of rape in our country are increasing and the latest of Marine Drive is really scary. Question is why people dont indulge in stopping this activity even they see it happening or if they are passing by from --> answer is they are afraid whether if they get involved how well will police behave?
They know its wrong what they are doing but if they get involved and caught in polices trap? The questions and the behaviour as well as impression people have about Police has to be improved a lot so that any person if he sees something happening anti social can raise alarm and try to do whatever best he can do. This time police should cooperate with people.
Why are we reacting as if something which can never happen has befallen us? Are we really unaware of the fact that most of the policemen who man the police stations are habitual drunkards specialising in custodial rapes of unsuspecting victims. Has anybody ever wondered why so few such incidents ever get reported in a vast country like ours, where we have thousands of such depraved souls masquarading as your friendly-neighbour.
As long as there is only a kneejerk reaction to such incidents & we are armed with laws of the land strangely suited to protect such lumpen elements, we can take comfort by attributing such incidents to the sheer bad luck of the victim & look for a new story in the next day newspaper.
Now its a proven thing that the cop is guilty, so he shouldn't be allowed to live at public's cost and defend himself and get out at a later stage coz of our inefficient & corrupt judiciary. He should be hanged at the earliest & that will be a lesson for others. India must have a judiciary & punishment system like Arabic countries. The cop should never be spared for ruining an innocent girl's life. He should be hanged, if possible publicly.
