Why these things happen? our government does not punish anybody who does crime. Punishment should be as such that nobody should think of crime for example punishment for burglar should be that his both hands to be cut and rapist should be hanged. Myself and all my Indians are ready to help for the family of the victim. The lawmakers are themself corrupted so what punishment they will give him.
At present what happeneded to those two boys who were with her. When they camee along with her for chatting or doing what ever it is, how can they leave her alone when the cop asked them to go. Do they don't know what is happening around them? haven't they watched any movie similiarly to this incident. How can they leave her alone there when the cop asked them to move from there. Are they were handicaped?

Hi,
It was pure genius on your part to have thought of those two boys. But what is there legal liability? They MAY only be helpful in identifying the accused, nothing more. Sure enough, they ought to have shouldered their moral responsibility but they didn't. Now what can be done in this regard? And, NOW, what is expected even from them?
Cops are the most corrupted section of employees in the entire India, I believe - right from a traffic Police to the Police of Law and Order section. The recent incident of molesting a teenager is just one of the countless atrocities the so called "Kanoon ke Rakhwale" have committed all these years. I prefer to put that brutal human into a gas chamber and kill him slowly with a poisonous gas and make it a live telecast in the TV channels which may put an end to such incidents once again but again, as we know that if the punishments are so stringent and barbaric, they could be misused as well!
This incident is very shamefull to the police force where as the "POLICE" P-stands for politeness. This is not the politeness. How come we public should believe police. This cop should be hanged till death.
when I read about incident I could not read it further . I feel myself ashamed and for one moment I thought that Ishould get up and kill that policeman. Home minister should resign on moral ground
