Indian culture
by geetha ganesan on Aug 12, 2008 10:20 PM  Permalink

To be born and live in India is Great. If only the politicians and the Industrialists help the citizens lead a good life India will be the heaven on earth for ever. The culture is rich that provides such a happy living. The people should realise it and vote for such people who help them to preserve it and promote only industries that help to give us a prosperous living.

Our India Our Soul Our Motherland
by Vipul Singh on Aug 12, 2008 10:05 PM  Permalink

India should be strong if our basics, our rights and our spirituals should be strong. To make our country strong we should be dedicated to our country. We should be enlighten ourselves. The basic and foremost duty of ourselves is to avoid corruption, have knowledge in each and every field. The fields which we should make strong are Defence, Agriculture, Science and Technology, Medical, etc. We should have power in nuclear energy. We should spread our hands in various countries in trade.
This is not the end. We should apply these thoughts in action. By writing will not do anything but to take action and steps in the foremost duty for each and every people.

Jai Hind..

Hello Ani,
I am really impressed with your thought about netaji. Till now, only few people found interest in netaji's life and patriotism, his loyalty towards India and Indians. Not only Netaji, but there are many soldiers laying down their lives for country and their sacrifice remain unknown to Indians. Even newspapers give a small corner to their death, but wedding of Sanjay Dutt becomes headline. Now, its our duty to change the people, by our activities, our talk, our work. So, on the ocassion of our INDEPENDENCE DAY let us take oath to live for country and countrymen who are responsible for our breath of freedom.

It will sound childish, but india has come full circle just before I-DAY with that coveted GOLD medal by abhinav bindra who unfortunately not the product of govt. excellency.Imagin what can individual briliance do to the spirit of the country. What if buerocrate take some inspiration? it will transform india upside down.

My dream for India
by thammadi gladis grace on Aug 12, 2008 07:26 PM  Permalink

My grandparents tell me, India was a live example of 'Unity in Diversity', then. They have given us a beautiful country with its richness of togetherness, peace, prosperity and vision for the future. Gone are the days.... now, if we ask ourselves what are we going to give our future generations? India is craving for the glorious past of Peace and togetherness not bomb blasts, terror, kidnaps, rape, murder, orphaned children left on the roads for dogs, cheating, bribe, corruption. My dream and prayer for the future of India is ... "God please grant COMMON SENSE to all the Indians to use the name, fame and resources properly for the present and the future generations. I am proud to be an Indian and would celebrate the
I- Day with pride in my heart and dignity. May the tri colour rise above all the colours of the world.
