The poor countries like India and Pakistan can not afford to have terrorism as it is against economic development and upliftment of the common man. These countries need to live in peace and economic co-operation like good neighbours do in other parts of the world- say Europe. Who gains from this senseless massacre. If Jehad is to be launched at all it should be against poverty-hunger-unemployment-illeteracy-superstition and the like-not against the common man.
The statement is very much true. The Ruling Party (Congress & it's Caste Based Communal Allies) have the program of just appeasement alone and they are afraid of introducing any 'Hard Laws' in the country (Infact they are queuing with soft ice-creams). Look at the U.S., they have a great amounts of threats from terrorists and others after the 9/11. They have made stringent laws after 9/11 and re-vamped the entire security system. They are on high alert always... Look In india, the citizens don't have even a citizen-ship Id. A citizen or a look alike can travel from South to North without being noticed by the Security agencies. A person can obtain more than one passport, driving license, or any other govt documents at their convenience ??? What a help given by the Political Parties/ Ruling Parties / Local Politicians ??? Terrorists take the advantage of our weakness (created by our constitution & political rulers). To make any changes in existing rules, they shiver and to appease they line-up in long queues.

Congress, Samajwadi party, RJD, BSP and so on.. many are Caste based Communals, appeasing certain vote banks in India. But they say others as COMMUNALs. Even if bread & butter is provided everyday to these mino-communities, they are not going to be happy. Their terrorist activities are going to continue.. There is spelling mistakes in their basics and doubt it can ever be corrected.

Yes, the Congress can bring any appeasing laws... They may interpret the "Terrorism" as "patriotism".... and honour the people involved with "Chakras"
We dont catch terrorits because of the following reasons :-
1. We have a very weak central Govt and head of the union for which nuclear deal is most important but not country's citizen's safety. And there is a remote control which runs the Govt for whom this country's past history and future means little.
2. We have removed laws which could prevent terrorist activities whilst all countries in West and even Bangladesh recently have put this act in effect.
3. The rank and crass appeasement of minority is being done for short term gains and by targetting terrorist over Govts do not want to antagonise them . They have forgotten that in UK terror attacks, the Govt have very effectively handled the minority issues and arrested scores of the terrorist or sympathisers.
4. By frequently intervening in the independent functioning of the police and intelligence agencies , we have rendered them ineffective.
5. We do not have any counter strategy to for Bangladesh and Pakistan hence their agencies continue to play havoc.
6. Last but not least, the country's reputation overseas as being a soft target and a very weak state for not being able to handle the terorists and the Maoist threat with firmness and aggression is seriously impairing the country's reputation .
7. Solution is to hand over the country's governance to the army , now.
Indian politicians are not serious about catching or fighting the terrorists. They are only interested in making money, purchasing property worth crores with the public money and staying in power. For them its nothing if 10 or 100 people die in these attacks, since its not their relatives or family. After a few days,everything is forgotten. Its a shame that we have such politicians. The entire government system is corrupted and people are the untimate sufferers. Even if intellegence detp. gives them any info about future attacks or plans, they are least bothered. May be busy with counting money or registring property.
DUE TO TOUGH MEASURES TAKEN ONL;Y IN THE INTEREST OF THE NATION USA HA HAD NO TERROR ATTACK SINCE 9-11. INDIA CONTINUES TO SUFFER. POLITICS OF VOTEBANK PLAYS A BIG PART IN THIS AND THE TERRORISTS WHIP UP COMMUNAL SENTIMENTS AND THE POLITICAL PARTIES SUCCUMB TO THEIR BLACKMAILING. THE LEFTISTS , THE CONGRESS AND ALSO THE BJP ARE TO BLAME AS ALL PLAY VOTE BANK POLITICS. NO ONE THINKS OF THE NATION.

Just for one ethnic Indian procession in Malaysia Malaysian govt invoked Internal Security Act. COWARD CONGRESS GOVT, WITH OUT ANY DELAY INVOKE TADA / POTA.
The Govt., may wake up only if some big political shots/ministers r killed in blasts. Till that time, the Central Govt., will not do anything save ordinary citizens' lives

wrightly said, precisely the security arrangement in our country is only for ministers and politicians those who are corrupt,if you watch carefully the police or security personnel who are in charge of such duty they don't care and not bothered for any proper check in market plac e, cinema halls, public meeting etc. etc becouse they are not paid also they are not honest n sincere, thus people like ordinary citizen would suffer and die regularly in the hands of terrorist.
