The feather is not in the cap of UPA but in the cap of BJP who is in power in all these states.
Was it not BJP, RSS and Bajrangdal who started riding the religous wave in the name of Hindutva to gain politcal mileage? Turn to the pages in History and see as who many seats did BJP have in the parliament before the Hindutva campaign??

It is most unfortunate that,except the case of 1993 Bombay blasts,none of the other 10 major cases of bomb blasts(excluding the latest two at Bengaluru & Ahmedabad) taking a toll of more than 500 people besides loss of property worth several crores of rupees,have been investigated fully and the criminals trialled.Even the case of 1993 Bombay blasts ,the trial of which took almost more than 15 long years,judgment is inordinately delayed to the utter consternation of all concerned -right from the criminals under trial,police presenting the case,judges hearing .. to.. people eagerly waiting for the punishment of the criminal.And every one knows that justice delayed is Justice almost denied.There will be many slips between cup & lip.Much water flows during the interregnum. Several changes take place.Some of the under trials die,investigating officials & the judges attending to the trial retire.Laws change. Enactments get repealed/modified/relaxed. Some of the suspected sneak out of the country.Every thing connected to the investigation & trial gets diluted over efflux of time.Why?The sole reason is delay..lethargy on the part of concerned authorities to expedite & hasten the processes.Meanwhile,the net work of the terrorists are getting emboldened with a feeling of "take it easy" and intensifying their activities with increased frequency.The panacea for all this lies in timely & resolute action by the govt whose primary duty is at least to provide protect all its subjects.

these bomb blast community is known for killing our sacred cows dont show humanity for their, brother,sis and fathers ,they be treated like they treat sheep and cattle dont these animals have brthers and sisters,they kill a calf right in front of mother cow?
