What did US get out of this war, except for benefitting the arms and ammunitins suppliers from whom it purchased items of destruction. May be US has also been able to control its un-employment by engaging the youth in this pointless war or may be US was able to test its latest weapons in a real life situation. Today, the whole world knows that there nothing wrong with Saddam or his government. May be it will Iran tomorrow and India day after tomorrow.

Iraq was better under Saddam. Ahead by light years. A very cosmopolitan lifestyle that should have been the core of democracy that the US wanted to bring in but failed miserably at. Thanks to such a reckless and expensive move and some other economic developments within, the US finds itself with a weakening currency, grossly lowered financial resources, unemployment threatening to get out of control and a suicidal move that is destabilising the world economy.
I think he fits the bill for being labelled the 'Third anti- Christ' as Nostradamus predicted.

Fully agreed. Saddam was not a terrorist and the terrorists were kept under his control. It was the U.S.which has weakened Iraq and made it a possible terrorist nation as it did in funding and arming taliban in the name of fighting the soviets.
Saddam started trading oil in Euros .In seven months US invaded Iraq citing WMD !!!.Got the connection .The bloody Oil politics .The Devil Bush's Wink tells it all

USA found nothing called "MASS DESTRUCTION ARMS" in Iraq. They only purpose was to shut oil trade in Iraq as Iraq was rich in oil.
