Shame on Pelosi
by Sathish N on Mar 23, 2008 07:46 PM  Permalink

I agree what China is doing is very wrong, but to hear Nancy Pelosi ask China to behave itself, I don't get that. She needs to ask Bush to do the same first.

Early on Sunday, a series of 10 or 12 rockets or mortars were fired into the Green Zone one - home of the Iraqi government HQ, the US and UK embassies, and thousands of American troops - at about 0600 (0300 GMT).
As the barrage hit the Green Zone, the US public address system warned people "to duck and cover" and to stay away from windows
The barrage of rocket or mortar fire sounded like successive peals of thunder in an audio recording of the attack
Security in Iraq has improved overall since last June, when the US deployed an extra 30,000 troops in violence-hit areas.
But our correspondent says the number of high-profile attacks has been creeping back upwards in recent months.

This is very unfair. Why is it that I don't get to leave happily while others get to?

i have visited iraq in 1983 the time when IRAQ-IRAN war was at its peak. Its shame that people curse iraq on the name of terrorism and vote for USA who is the biggest terror spreading nation on this planet!

In the name of War on Terror, by saying "You are with us or against us" and by launching a war of aggression on the basis of lies and fabricated "intelligence," the US government violated the UN and international laws. Thus, directly or indirectly insulted the whole international community including the US's European allies. For the matter of fact, excluding the unreported deaths, the total number of reported deaths per day in Iraq is now more than the deaths under Saddam Hussain's rule!! By going to war in Iraq and Afghanistan, contract companies owned by the US politicians must have made billions of dollars in profit. Is it necessary to lose 3,500 Americans soldiers for the sake of lies? Thus, a land of liars will never be the land of superpower.

The rich US neo-socialist elements were capable of thinking, planning, starting and are carrying on an illegal war on terror in Afghanistan and Iraq to siphon of more than $3 trillion of US taxpayer's money for the sole benefit of arms manufacturers, oil traders and the security firms. It already had cost the lives of more than 400,000 Iraqi civilians and 4,500 US tropes, injured 230,000 Iraqi civilians and 75,000 US tropes and more than 4.2 million displaced Iraqi refugees. They linked 9/11 to Afghanistan and then WMD to Iraq for initiating this illegal war on terror moneymaking horror

World policeman
by Ram Sharma on Mar 20, 2008 02:43 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

USA thinks itself to b the policeman of the world. There was no justification for attack on Iraq. It said that it was attacking Iraq as it had piled weapons of mass destruction, which could never b found even after USA occupation. UN inspectors had asked for some more time for inspection, which USA did not allow. USA attacked Iraq, without going to UN, bcoz there vast majority of nations, including France, Germany, Russia, China etc did not support it. This attack can b said to b a terrorist attack. It tested its weapons of destruction on the poor Iraqis.

However, since USA is the only super power now, noone can say anything to it.

It attacked Afganisthan and parts of Pakistan to flush out terrorists. But it warned India not to do so.

As regards environmental issues, out of all the developed countries, only USA has not signed the Kyoto agreement. What could the other countries do?

Is there any solution to USA's dictatorial attitude to the world?

USA has 5% of worlds population but gobbled up 16% of worlds resources. And US foreign policy is designed to maintain it.....according to some experts.
