Dear Murli,
First of all, there is no such consitution that people from all states in India need to migrate to Mumbai and Maharashtra only. If this is the case, same consitution is applicable to all the South Indian states and even to UP and Bihar.
To gets the fact right Maharashtra has millions of people from other states who have almost landed here without spending any single paisa. And if you have any data, tell me how many outsiders do you allow in your home state/native place. You people are most well known for your cunningness and hatredness. All people in India know that, South Indians are the most to migrate in all other states (saying that it is there constitutional right), but when it comes to their own states, they have very different law. Marathi people are 1000 times better than you guys.

highest rate of crime in India is in New Delhi and NCR. Is there Raj Thakrey or others mentioned there?
Now India is big country as view of population, crime ration as comparison to other countries is very low in india. But I think in India crime arriese because of their leadership & another factor is cropstion.
the least crimes take place in saudi arabia. the reason? they follow shariah ruling. in my opinion, all the above mentioned countries should follow shariah law to control crime in their respective countries.

india's population is the highest population in the world after china so ur report may be truth but if u compare in ave. than russia or america or colombia or africa will win the first position after india.

What a foolish comment!!!! Can you be satisfied if your school going child fails in the exam and he/she justifies for his/her failure saying that some more children have also failed in the exam !!!!!! ?
Till now it is not so. But It can become a Crime Capital because.. Poverty is Mother of Crime. If we allow poverty to flourish then it can become a crime capital. Presently there are many nations far ahead of India.
