actually its good.. its gives us a forum to expose the lies they would othewise propagate to their party members and voters in those three states..
If you look up closely these commines ideology you can find out very clearly that actually what these commines want...
Thes commines says equal distribution of wealth waht it mean, take out the rich people money and distribute it among poor people and for that they need to to win the election mean they need more and more poor people means they want make indian poor.
If more and more people will become rich then it does not solve their agenda and this simply against the commines ideology.
So now it is very clear developlment is simply against these commines ideology.

The main problem with the Communists is that they believe that whatever they feel is correct should be deemed as correct. If people say otherwise they would say that the people are wrong! It is only their thinking that prevails in Communist ruled regions much like a state of autocracy. They would never learn from their mistakes as their stupid egos would be hurt otherwise.
