How could she say the trauma ward is filty, dirty and unbearable? HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU GOT YOURSELF TREATED IN THAT HOSPITAL? WHATEVER THE STATE OF THE AFFAIRS THIS WAS NOT THE TIME TO WRITE SUCHC A THING. SHEELA GO AND ASK THOSE POOR PEOPLE WHO CANNOT AFFORD A FIVE STAR HOSPITAL LIKE YOU, WHETHER THEY LIKE IT OR NOT.

So you are agree to her view that what terrorist did by blowing off that portion of hospital is correct. Govt hospitals are bad not doubt about it but it was a very wrong time to mention it and think of poor who have some form of medical access.
But it seems you have similar looser thinking like sheela. Rather then understanding just look at your language.

If the hospital is filthy and disgusting, it is so. Why would you not report it? It's a hospital, it's supposed to be clean. Even the poor who cannot afford 5 star hospitals have a right to a clean hospital, you know. At least you read it. How many people will read a separate article going "XYZ govt hospital is filthy"? Journalism is about presenting facts as you see it.

So you also think it was a good time to say the hospital was filthy place. Go and ask those people who were rushed there and got killed or go and ask people who are still getting treated there.

Why we always blame politician's for all the acts. Politicians are just the mirror image of the society. If the politicians are corrupt, murderer, selfish and don't care about the country that means there is some problem in our country. Because the politicians are chosen by the people of our country and there character reflects the character of the majority of the people of our country. Instead of blaming politicians, I suggest everybody to just ask a question to your innerself, what we do for our country? are we care about our country? is it not true that most of the people of our country is busy in making money by hook and crook and they don't think beyound there family. X is corrupt but we don't protest? if we see something wrong but it does not affect you, we just turn our eyes.
