You are right .

Today sanjay ghandi would have taken things in his hands and castrated the heads of the muslim mullas and moulvis o prevent such blasts from happening again in india.

POTA
by RAVINDRA SITARAM on Sep 13, 2008 08:55 PM  Permalink

Why in the first place UPA government repealed the POTA? Would it not have helped the government in controlling the terrorist acts now?

Most unfortunately, all political parties work for their own benefit. Most of the political parties are not functioning in the interest of the county.

The Muslim leaders who are so sensitive and react so violently when some non-Muslim makes any critical comment about Islam, should exhibit the same enthusiasm in condemning the blasts and also issue a fatwa towards the culprits. The Muslim leaders should publicly come out against terrorism to protect the dwindling image of Muslims in the eyes of non-Muslims.

SIMI

While the Supreme Court's stay has given some relief to the government from an otherwise highly embarassing situation, it is upto the government to substantiate the evidences and clear the position. Till then let us keep restraint.

Do you know how people are taking us all over the world? because of politicians and irresponsible act of media image of country getting dirty world wide. Please stop this.

It is not religion but the names that appear in terrorist activities. The world community is aware of it.

News...
by Reformer on Aug 06, 2008 06:38 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) was formed in Aligarh (Uttar Pradesh) in April 1977. In the last 10 years SIMI has been slapped with several bans and scores of its members put behind bars. In the last 17 cases against SIMI, all accused people have been acquitted. Former SIMI president Shahid Badr Falahi was arrested in three cases and has been acquitted in all. The last time he was acquitted was in July 2006.

They say, government don't provide enough "proof" to justify ban on SIMI....
why don't government presented all articles on rediff about SIMI? It "reveals" their working, ideology, modus oprandi and "guess and opinons" of " Investigation agencies"...Infact recent " Indian Mujahideen" was suppose to be SIMI VERSION 2.0
what else they want???
