i was just wondering - during 2005 floods the center had allocated rupees 1,700 crores to development of drainage system of bombay. 1,500 crore to gaye mantriyo ke jeb mein - atleast 200 corore ka kya kam kiya ???? bmc is blaming some other authority and the other authority is blaming some one else - just passing the buck !!bmc are you listening ? bmc had given lovely big talks ! now what ?
just a simple example - some plot [ buildings ] built on bkc complex - the bmc blamed that mmrd had build it illegally and on the other hand the mmrd is blaming the bmc - that it was built only afer the bmc gave permission !!! suprising eh...
