50k or 1 lakh ... kyaa farakh padata hai ... tu bhee naa bheekriyon kee tarah baat karega ... aajkul call center ke bande, ungrezi accent maar maar kur 25-30 hazar le jaate hein aise hee ... tujhe president ke ek lakh se pareshaani hai
This is exactly why India gets no respect overseas, when its president is some old, frail, boring woman. Why would brazilians want to listen to her speak? Even I dont want to listen to her speak. Then there's that Sonia's puppet of a prime minister,Manmohan Singh, with his frail, delicate behavior. There is no backbone in this Indian leadership. We need dynamic, young leaders to lead India forward, not puppets of a foreigner.

Take back the word fancy speeches. Kalam is a man of vision. and he is uncomparable to any other leader in India. He sacrificed his life for the vision of the country..

Kalam always attracted huge crouds. He had a vision and was intellectual. Getting high marks in India doesnt mean much. Big difference between being smart and intellectual.
But as you say, if the PM had gone, he would not have been ignored. Unless the Indian president is well known the position itself is thought to be unimportant relative to PMship and doesnt invite interest. In fact it might be considered disrespectful that India sent a ceremonial head to visit.

kalam was unfit for presidency ... he belonged in research labs and universities, not in rashtrapati bhawan. Imagine Kalam addressing joint sessions of parliament where the sum total of IQ of all the listeners is half of his own ... does it make sense?

LOL ... India gets a lot of respect abroad and patil may be old, she isn't frail ... she stands upright and walks straight
But, if you think age is factor in getting respect, imagine if advani becomes PM ... another 80 yr old guy who is already forgetful due to age and his health is falling apart.
Read the artcle of arun shourie on how she used bank under herself(pratibha patil)in jalgaon for her own relatives ;such that RBI issued enquery statement on the bank.
pratibha patil has looted indian people for 45 cr. rs. and it is the fact. search it on google.
this is the glipse of how much knowlwdge the choosers(sonia gandhi) of shame(pratibha patil) have knowlwdge of this contry.
It is a request to Govt of India. Please don't allow our president to visit any other country in future to avoid any more damage to India's reputation.
