I saw Chakde India, it was very different from the usual offbeat bollywood movies(no love, filmi fights, group song numbers) but a neat movie. You dont feel the girls acting at all, they look very natural and show their temperaments elegantly!Shahrukh plays a matured role with elan. Time to see a different Shahrukh!

Chakde india was superb. Wow in every momen of the film we are getting spirit. The way he did the coach for hockcy same thing reqd for cricket also. Sharukh bhai will get best actor award in all award funtion category. its 100% sure. No doubt. No doubt that he also desrves national award also. This time media should not do politics like 2 years back what they did for swadesh. if they are not blind they will give award for this film. Inshalla. All the best sharukh. i love sharukh. ur so cute so sexy.

my subject line is quite evident of what i am going to say about this film.
yes ofcourse..though i saw this movie under the influence of a little alcohol, but not exaggerating at all, its a winner and manages to inspire all of us...
After a long long time, I have seen the audience clapping and cheering and whistling in the middle of the scenes (though it is not considered to be a great stuff for an entry scene of an actor / actress or a beginning of a superhit song or something)..
the story, screenplay is just awesome..SRK is not given any space by a relatively lesser experienced director to play his romantic image and what he does in almost all his films (expanding his hands sideways in full stretch and saying ha ha ha ha, some silly thing like that)
i think its a trend where a story is given the staure of a "hero" and everything else revolves around it..having larger than life actor like SRK has only helped it further..
i dont understand, why people like mayank shekar and other whom i like to read before making a decision to watch a movie, have cut any marks in their ratings...

What was it then? an ageing SRK trying to perk up his 40 sagging self, the babes in mini skirt hockey uniforms or then just the simple reason that there was no other decent movie which dared to release at the same time and take on a Yashraj production. :-)
saw Chak De India and it is just fantastic. All the girls have done a great job and have done their roles perfectly. There is no need to mention Sharu's charecter. Absolutely great. Hope we get to see more of such movies soon. It is great treat for film lovers who can enjoy the differnet kind of films and not the ususal romance and masala. Thanks sharu and team for the wonderful movie.

Yash Raj%u2019s latest outing CHAK DE INDIA has had a slow start in India. While the multiplexes were better, the single screens were dull, which is very surprising. In fact, with the two giants [Yash Raj, SRK] coming together after a hiatus, the film should%u2019ve embarked on a 90% start from its first show onwards. The gentry/multiplex crowd at metros has liked the film, but the masses haven%u2019t embraced the film completely. The next few days are crucial for the film.

Dude ,
Remember the Box Office Report Of DTPH,Devdas,Pardes,Even thier start was slow.But after someweeks they were Super Hit.So Chak De is Super HIT Movies of this Year and Deserve for Awards.
