I still think, sholay cannot be compared, but media to media hain, baaz thode hi aati hain. Salman khan ghar lauta to new subah se le kar shaam tak, same thing repeating again and again. Sanjay mandhir gaya peeche peeche media, we are not really interested to hear such news. ONE time is enough, aap same cheez baar baar dikhate ho.
Sholay no doubt cannot be compared, gabbar Gabbar hain, koi babban challage nahin kar sakta. Media to itna keh diya, AAG is better movie.....how dare one think of comparing!!!!!
Movie failed becoz of expectation, wrongly visulazied to people by media.
Bachchan looks like a idiotic geek in this movie with all his tacky histrionics...not sure whether he is trying to be funny or does he really think that he comes anywhere close to the original character played by Amjad Khan. We need better actors in Bollywood than over-hyped people like Bachchan. What a shame.

I fully agree with you, for once someone knows that Amitab might be a good actor but his choice is as cheap as mithun. Chuck him 25 paise and he will pick it up with his tongue. He needs to see what movies he is doing. This guy does what ever. We surely need good actors and selective people like Amir Khan in Bollywood.
