good that u confined kamal to actor... he doesnt deserve a doctor with all his hollywood remaking....
Why should we then claim the tiger as our national animal instead of the rat which is so much more numerous? Or the peacock as our national bird when the crow is ubiquitous?"
Since every school in India teaches English, why can't it be our link language? Why do Tamils have to study English for communication with the world and Hindi for communications within India? Do we need a big door for the big dog and a small door for the small dog? I say, let the small dog use the big door too!

Mr. Akash, Accept you are not able to give the proper answer for the comment.
Always indecent people will think in indecent manner like what you have mentioned in your comments.
Think one second. Are you ready to accept Tamil or Telugu or Bengali as the official/natioal language of India?
You hindi people wont be ready. Same thinking is there with us too. [You people know only Hindi.]
That is why non hindi states are growing very fast!

It is crazy to see how people fight within our own nation as to which language is more important.. na hindi bhai ekta ki ehmiyat samajh rahen hain.. tamizh karalum otrumaye marandu vitraalgal. How on earth does it matter what language is national language? The same national policies hold for us all. The same national problems exist for all of us. No one is bothered about those. If delhi is blown away, madras isnt safe and vice versa is very true too.
I am born a tamilian. I was brought up in the north and I think the blend makes me as normal as a born and bred tam, born and bred delhite, bombayite, gujju, or bong or just any other Indian. Guys, stop fighting over languages please!! There are far too many good literature in all languages. May be if you guys read those instead of fighting online, you might actually do something worthwhile for India. There is worse shit to worry about than fght over what language should be the national language..
And by the way-- if this fight means so much, why are you guys writing in English?? Shouldnt you be writing in Hindi/Tamil/telugu/kannada/malyalam/orissi/bangla/marathi/gujrati/haryanvi/punjabi/pahadi/bihari??? WAAAAH RE MERE DESHVASIYON!! VAzhyaga tamizhan!!!

I am not sure, what provoked you to start this thread, but still since you started it needs some discussion..
Your concerns about Hindi Makes sense, and if as a native Hindi speaker, if somebody forces me to speak Tamil, even I will be perturbed.
But lets take it one more level ahead, then if we have to speak English to link with all, why do we need to speak Tamil or Hindi at all..
Still if you see the surveys, about 80% of Indians do not know English at all, and if all the states, start behaving in the fashion propose, and stop learning the second or third language it can be difficult situation..
You land up in eastern India, or Nothern India or western India and they do not Tamil or Hindi and English, how will you communicate, and do you guarntee that even 20% of the people in TN can communicate in English properly.
And above all, we can discuss to choose another National Language by doing surveys, but till the time it is in our constitution, we should respect it, as we respect our Flag and National Anthem.

why india adopted one stance in every aspect...
if hindu is majority this should be hindu country. if muslim/christians are minority then non-hindi speaking are minority and they should be given preference.... why it is not so
Surya is truly a versatile actor and has come a long way in giving some of the best performances in Ghajini, Pithamagan, Vel, Khakha Khakha....
All the best Surya for your upcoming projects....
Infact Amir Khan had congratulated him for his excellent performance in Ghajini. Inspired by the performance, Amir Khan is acting in a remake movie for the first time.

BUT THERE IS ONLY ONE "SURYA" (SUN) FOR THIS UNIVERSE; there may be thousand Vikrams - NO COMPARISION.
I have become a big fan of Surya since i saw the movie Khaka Khaka... the article rightly points out at the point of inflexion in actor's career... all the best for up coming projects...
Despite having such a mass appeal, he never poses a stardom in him... when he s in a stage, i would be happy to see him because i feel him as my frined..
happy he is being in tamil industry...
All the best Surya... The pair too looks great... Surya-Jo

Does the two have a family yet? Is there any baby news for them or it's still just the 2 of them? Their kids r going to be very talented. Both mom and dad are very good actors.
