Common guys..I am seeing just one side of the coin here..check with any gal and you would know who they think is the best actor. All messages posted here are by guys..and all guys as usual are against SRK simply because he is liked by all gals.. Grow up.

I dont think Shah Rukh is liked by all gals, it should be some gals. Shah Rukh is a close friend of Karan Johar and is promoted by Dawood & Co. He enjoys support in the media, but as far as acting is concerned, there are better actors. Shah Rukh is too artificial, he tries to be something he is not.

Shah Rukh, Sweet ??? Dont you like Hrithik, Aamir, Akshay ? All of them are more handsome and sweet than SRK.
If SRK is supposedly the most over rated Actor,Then how come he has given so many block busters?? Who goes to watch his films,ha??
Is it bcoz his movies r doing best business of the year,he becomes a bad actor??
Actors r nt supposed to be tailor made or follow some text book principle of acting.Like every good actor,SRK has his own style which is USP like say AB,Rajesh Khanna or Dilip kumar etc used to have which make movie goer luv to see on the big screen. In any case an actor is only as good as the movie the does & his director ask him to do. Also no actor can portray everything or look good doing all sort of characters,e,g Can Nasirudeen Shah or om puri replce SRK in DDLJ or AB replace Anil Kapoor in topori role in Ram Laxman??even can SRK replace an om puri in Art house movies?? The answer is a firm no.
There is one thing ,i'm pretty sure off, that is while lack of commercial suceess doesnt make a talented actor as a bad actor,but actors who hav commercial success are damn good in the acting skills.
Finally, never under estimate the intelligence of millions of movie goers who spend real money to buy tickets.Thank u.

I m agree with u buddy..... its us who makes them and also media is responsible for that...u can't say that he is a bad actor... it all depand on what kind of role he is doing and who is directing that actor....SRK is master in his own class as others are .... Yes i agree that he over acted in many movies specially directed by friend Karan Johar and Aditya..... but dont forget Chak De....and more on that it is media and money provided to media to promote that movie.....u can take the example of "Hey Baby" ...what was there apart from that song ???It was the worst movies i have ever seen after "God and Gun" If u remember that movie...but after the release of that movie...Sajid (Director of Hey Baby) was boasting that it is super duper hit...Amazing.... So it is all money game nothing else....

U r quite right... There r tons really bad movies which work at the box office, while a cult classic like 'janne bhi do yaroon' was a flop.
But when it comes to SRK,we hav too much data over many years.Come on this made his charecrots legends in Fauji,Darr,Bazigaar,Raju Ban jaya gentle man,Kabhi ha kabhi na,DDLJ etc. Yes, u r right that in recent years he just repeating himself.
All the actors mentioned above have got more substance.In every film,he is just trying to impressing the chicks by making them emotional and then make them cry and eventually fall in love with him.....well nana patekar said in the movie ab tak chhappan,media kissi ko kuch bhi bana deti hain.....vaise hi shahrukh ko bhi jabardasti star bana ke rakha hain......!

SRK is an entertainer but his acting abilities are not much to talk about , second comes aish , she is like a beautiful statue , and then there are many others like esha deol , zayedkhan, fardeen khan , amrita arora, ashish chaudhary , etc .

Then you are asking us to compare him with Aamir Khan. Shah Rukh does not come near a shadow of Aamir as far as acting is concerned.
Sharukh Can't. Because he can't act, can't deliver dialogue, looks very ordinary, and is totally without talent. But SRK is manufactured and marketed by the D-company, so we all must buy this sorry product.
The fact that the first two names mentioned in the list are Amitabh and Aamir - itself indicates that this article is influenced by SRK and his chamchas.... Because Aamir and Amithabh are the people sharukh khan - IS SCARED OF - IS DESPERATELY TRYING TO CATCH UP WITH - IS TRYING TO SUPPRESS

Do you know the meaning of over rated??? First you have to be called a good or best actor. When ever you ask who is a good actor. The answer comes Aamir, Amitabh etc etc. So are they really the best actor or are they "OVERRATED". So when no one says that SRK is the Best Actor in Bollywood today how is he over rated?? Well he is the Most Entertaining Actor and no one comes even close to his popularity.Maybe because his STAR status he is under rated as an actor for his performances in films like Chak De, Swades, Devdas etc.
