U Must watch Chak De and Swadesh b4 commenting .... I m not favoring SRK but just want a clear vision.... just watch his Movies which is not directed by his Gay friend Karan Johar and other is Chopra family....

Had the Chak De role gone to Aamir, he would have given a superlative performance surely. It suited Aamir much more than SRK. SRK looked teary eyed most of the film ( Sattar minute )

Overacting, Santosh. Its natural for Shah Rukh to overact. The KKKKKKiran... dialogue was deliberate. But yes, he was not bad in Chak De. All I say is, Aamir would have been fantastic in that role. It kind of suited Aamir.

There is no answer for IF... if that role goes to that actor or that role goes to .....I m die hard fan of Aamir and watch all his movies... but dont forget that he is same Aamir who acted in Diwana Mujh sa nai and few other moview like that in starting....now he is master piece...still i say that SRK can act if role given to him.... but if he is making money by doing all that then who Cares.....Atleast i would not do ;-)

Do you know the meaning of over rated??? First you have to be called a good or best actor. When ever you ask who is a good actor. The answer comes Aamir, Amitabh etc etc. So are they really the best actor or are they "OVERRATED". So when no one says that SRK is the Best Actor in Bollywood today how is he over rated?? Well he is the Most Entertaining Actor and no one comes even close to his popularity.Maybe because his STAR status he is under rated as an actor for his performances in films like Chak De, Swades, Devdas etc.I am not saying he is the Best Actor..but surely he isn't the worst.

SRK is overrated bcoz he wins all best actor awards...not just this year but every year, when he overacts in almost all his movies...the only exceptions have been kabhi haan kabhi naa, swades and chak de....thats it! 3 movies - he did acting....nothing great but just restrained acting!!! And yet he has 14 filmfare awards! tell me, if thats not overrated what is???
so ppl who say srk is overrated, have a valid reason to say so.

I have watched and I believe my judgement is in line with 90% of the voters here... maybe you should see closely and study Joker SRK about how he has used media for self praises and hypnotised his fans in believing that he is the king... and peoply like you end up falling for his crap....

U over estimate ur smartness & under estimate the intelligence of media & movie goers to say they r hypnotised.Nobody is hypnotised here. Ther is lot of ground between becoming a king & considered over rated .Most movie goer not blogers on rediff juditiously rate SRK in that place.its Simple SRK is fun ,ppl watch movie for entertainment.

Opinion Varies :) And how do you judge I dont watch movies ? I think you have over-estimated in your beliefs....and under estimated in others opinions.... I m sure SRK is fun for you...someone is still under a Jokers spell........hehehehe You should be voting for most over rated actor instead of judging others opinions...
What the heck is Kamal Hassan's name doing in this list ? - so far as he keeps making films like ANBE SIVAM, VIRUMANDI every 2-3years, he will remain the great actor that he has always been! wait for DASAVATHARAM! thats gonna rock! Kamal is to Indian cinema what Sachin Tendulkar is to Indian cricket! both in a class of his own

I liked Apoorva Sahodragal, Pushpak and Nayakan to be Kamal's best movies. He is the Aamir Khan of the South.

Kamal is Kamal. Nobody is near him. Kamal is far more better than any actor in India.
Objection Sir...Mohanlal is an excellent actor. Agreed. Over Rated means media made fame. But Real achievements will be Recorded in History. KamalHaasan has created records on achievements from his childhood. His first National Award was for Best Child Actor for his first movie-KALATHOOR KANNAMMA - at the age of SIX. Next 3 Bharat Awards are for Best Actor. And he got 18 FilmFare Awards and Kamal requested the FilFare Award committe not to consider him again for FilmFare Awards. He also got many state Awards in TamilNadu,Karnataka,Telugu and Malayalam. He is remarked as the LEGEND OF INDIAN CINEMA; not only for his acting calibre, also for his excellent writing skills as poet, screenplay, direction, singer, choreographer and stunt master too. In real life, he is an excellent philosopher who live with his ideologies. He never visits Temples or manmade gods, donated his full body after death for Medical Study.He never appears for Commercial Advertisements like LIQUOR, JEWELLERY, CAR, ELECTRONICS,PESTICIDE DRINKS or anything So, while considering the phrase LEGEND, nobody is near him.

I was referring to the list which included stalwarts like Kamalahasan, Aamir Khan, Nasser and Amitabh and Shah Rukh's name was conspicuous by its absence.
