Rediff could think of quoting Amir's name in this list. And even could think of Kamal, when he is not even given his due respect for his acting talent anywhere except South. But how clearly and biasedly, rediff has not even mentioned SRK's name??!! Hands down and unopposed, SRK is the most hyped and over-rated celebrity (monotonous actor) in India.

you are right usha..srk is a ham artist...atleast rajni has great style which some dumbasses can't comprehend...
Well I think hands down SRK is the most over-rated actor in India. Closely followed by Salman Khan (can't stand his dialogue delivery and monotonic expressions), Ajay Devgan (one dimensional and should wash his face regularly, big mouth; still can't believe how Kajol fell for him), Amisha Patel, Aishwarya Rai and most of the star kids who keep their ship afloat because of their surname than their ability.

I don't deny on that. She is definitely prettiest and Aishwarya too but ain't we talking about acting here.
Kareena is highly irritating in practically all her flicks except OMkara(thank god for Vishal!!)....i don't think she deserves ANY awards for her stupid screeching in Jab we met
Abjr is another gud for nothing guy....still copying his dad.... i liked him only in Phir milenge ....rest is crap!!
Less said abt Priyanka the better....as far as Srk is concerned....yes he does ham ....but he is totally unpretentious....whatever said and done.... although i am not his fan i think he has delivered some gud performances
I believe that ALL of them are. They are part of a system of make believe that takes the people for a ride.I meam are they worth the millions that they earn? My heart grieves for the scientists and doctors and engineers who slog for years to specialise and earn what they do. Acting? None of them act.Overrating is a term to signify someone who acts naturaly or overdoes. They just wriggle, run around trees and corrupt or cultural milleu.Amitabh and Shah Rukh Khan being notable recent names.
