I wonder why this term "madrasi" should come in here ? I mean, will his never end ?
Was there any provocation ? Reminds us of the recent Delhi Lt.G's remarks about the North-South divide in terms of the "Northis" being more law-flouting etc !!! Now we should also add "abominable manners" too.
