Pkl. Afternoon, 5.20pm, Sunday, 2nd March 2008. This is no freak that this curvaceous well nourished Bosomed Bipasha who has fully toned her "Kaya" for public delights in her uptight brassiers and oozy pudendum as well as supplest thighs should put them all for commercial endorsements of sports merchandise .Reebok have got an Ikon that youth shall find difficult to resist. exercise is a part of their lives if they dont keep fit themselves they would be disliked by the audience and will be thrown away hence they always keep trying to be fit and beautiful no matter what costs they pay for it.but after some times when their harmons stop secreting properly, they are isolated and let to deep clinical depression.

O my god! hormones and clinical depression. even regular people suffer from it; some guys just take it out on their fellow people - even on their own elderly parents.
And have you seen how the 40 and 50 year olds walk? They waddle. Their legs and hips incapacitated by inaction so long. When I see how the people in South east Asia and the western countries are mobile , I wonder why Indian people are so bellicose. They are so not just physically but even mentally. Very argumentative, and very casual. I think there should be a revolution to encourage people to take to yoga big time, and build community centres where scores of people can do simple asanas on a daily basis.
Don;t argue that it is not possible. One community centre in each locality can do this.

the number of people in yoga practising yoga here is more than anywhere else in the world. Where there is place, folks walk!
People have to get a little more conscious in their minds and do some thinking between the ears and get serious for their own good. Schools whack kids out of shape and get them cynical. Parents and kids squeeze their desires out of each other.
Bips and folks like her are brave and have taken care of themselves. Smart, thinking people. Fellows who think they burn out, look at Sridevi, Rekha, Hema Malini, Vyjayantimala and Waheeda Rehman :) They enjoy their lives basking in their earlier success. They still look fit. So learn, don't weep
We have an opportunity now with some money coming. Time to hammer the insensitive politicians and the system so that they don't grab and screw up our Independence 2.0.

Perhaps you will get answer below,

Peter P is right. All you need is a good pair of shoes and most people can afford it. It's the attitude towards life that needs to change. Most Indians make their jobs the most important part of the day and wraps the rest of the day around it. In schools also, education and getting a rank in board exams takes the highest priority. Organized sports is something for rich or upper-middle class kids in schools.

please you dont need a gym. All you need is a good pair of running shoes, dumb-bells along with time and effort. Most indians do not want to put time and effort into the gym.

Where people step out of their homes in kaftans and scarfs tying up their faces, who's gonna jog? I keep encouraging my parents to walk, but when I walked myself, it was unberable, the amount of dust and carbon particles that entered my system.

And stray dogs chasing you. It is difficult to even take a walk. If you go to the parks gues who is already there? The stray dogs. The best bet is going to GYm or do Yoga and aerobics at home.

Either go to Gym or buy equipments and do excercise at home like Film Stars. Normal person in western countries can do both the things.
Honestly, I cannot imagine how one can take fitness in serious consideration in India. When one wants to walk or jog, there is no open grounds to do that, and if one thinks about roads, you may only imagine, what will happen, if a woman and a girl, jog by in skin tight ( perhaps even spagetti straps) clothing and her Reebok shoes. No one's gonna watch her Reebok.
Cities have to encourage people to walk, and reebok can encourage people walk more in their reebok. Is there any control on population? Am I mad that I will go jog and breathe deeply and heavily of the smoggy air? And how many fitness ecntres are there?

I do not opine that she is such a great actress but she did a great job in the film "Corporate". I really admired her work. If you guys have not seen the film, please see.
